Each PET bottle has a suitable plastic cap and a suitable cap enhances the appearance of the bottle. We provide our customers with high quality hot runner & cold runner cap injection molds and flip molds to create the ideal plastic caps. In our product list you can find the corresponding molds for making various caps, such as the general screw cap, safety anti-theft cap, pop-up cap and so on. These caps are suitable for use in mineral water bottles, soft drink bottles, juice bottles, as well as some food and non-food packaging containers.

Our design department uses advanced 2D & 3D software. These software can be used not only for cap design but also for other more complex plastic products. Experienced designers and advanced design tools enable MG to turn your cap design ideas into reality and meet customer requirements for finished products.

"3" hot runner system:
The cap injection mold uses a hot runner system with superior thermal conductivity. It has fast heat conduction and can heat up quickly during the manufacturing process of the cap to achieve the desired heating effect. There is a miniature nozzle in each cavity of the hot runner cap injection mold, which ensures a large injection flow, a small cap connection point, and good thermal conductivity.
"4" steel and processing tools:
The cap injection mold is made of good steel. In order to meet different processing requirements, different mold steels are also used to make cores, cavities, guide columns, frames, and so on. High hardness and good processing properties are the advantages of the above steel. CNC machining centers, high-precision coordinate boring machines and high-pressure EDM machines guarantee precise machining and high-quality finished products. "5" quality monitoring:
Before designing the cap, we pay attention to the shape of the cap and the thread of the cap. In the manufacturing process, we use the most suitable processing technology and tools. After assembly, we carry out multiple trials, and if necessary we will make corresponding adjustments to meet customer requirements.
