    3. Mold design

    Good mold structure design is the premise of a qualified mold manufacturing.     4.Factory equipment

    5. Mold cooling system design

The specific position and size of the cooling system are determined; Or cooling of the inserts; cooling of the side slides and side cores; design of the cooling elements and selection of cooling standard components.     6. Mold maintenance

    Mold maintenance is more important than mold maintenance. The more times the mold is repaired, the shorter the life is. The better the mold is maintained, the longer its service life will be.

    Mold maintenance is mainly divided into three points;

    1. Daily maintenance of the mold: various moving parts such as thimble, row position, guide column, guide sleeve refueling, mold surface cleaning, water transporting the road, which is maintained every day when the mold is produced.

    2. Regular maintenance: Regular maintenance, including daily maintenance, also requires the cleaning of the exhaust vents, trapping the black spots and exhausting, and repairing the damage and wear parts.

    3. Appearance maintenance: paint on the outside of the mold base to avoid rust. When the lower mold is used, the fixed mold should be coated with anti-rust oil. When the mold is stored, it should be closed tightly to prevent dust from entering the cavity.

     5. Mold transportation: Mold transportation must be equipped with a locking die, which is sturdy and rust-proof.
