The BMC material exhibits a low-molecular viscous flow state after heating, and has good fluidity. At the same time, a functional group cross-linking reaction occurs, the molecular weight increases, and a partial network structure appears. At this time, the fluidity becomes small and begins to exhibit a certain elasticity, actually It is in a so-called gel state. Further heating, the crosslinking reaction proceeds, the crosslinking density increases, and the resin is converted into a hard bulk structure. If the molding material has filled the cavity before this, a qualified article can be made.
